It’s because of the high level of progesterone hormone or lower blood pressure or blood sugar.
It’s important to get enough sleep.
Eat foods that are rich in protein and iron.
Changes in mood during early pregnancy
Nausea and morning sickness.
Nausea and morning sickness can occur at any time of the day during pregnancy, but most commonly in the morning.
Pregnant women suffering from anemia experience morning sickness more than others.
For anemic, taking iron supplements or foods that are rich in iron might result in nausea.
Also, women may experience food cravings or can’t stand certain foods after getting pregnant.
Drink plenty of water and eat a few saltine crackers in the morning to deal with morning sickness.
If you are pregnant, you may have only one of these symptoms or you may have it all. But, if any of these symptoms become bothersome, consult your doctor.
